Voodoo cycles - where are they?

Hi, anyone know what's happened to to Voodoo cycles?

I checked their web site recently (http://www.voodoo-cycles.com) and it links straight into
something called ultimate search who appear to be based in hongkong, according to WHOIS.

Have they gone bust or been "acquired" ?

Maybe my Voodoo Hoodoo AL is know a valuable collectors item
