Hi - thanks to those who gave me recipe ideas, I will be trying them this
week. Tonight I used a recipe from Low Carb 1-2-3 and it came out great and
was very simple. I think it was supposed to be an appetizer
Steak Tips - Buffalo Style (I'm not quoting from the book, this is just the
general idea)
Top round cut into smallish shunks, brown in butter. Recipe calls for rare
but I went a bit further. Then melt butter and mix in franks hotsauce - just
like for hot wings. then coat the meat and serve.
I served with Carb Options Bleu Cheese dressing for dipping and forgot to
but should've had celery on the side.
very LC and very yummy.
I am trying about 6 other recipes from the book this week and 1 from the LC
slow-cooker book ( a greek meatloaf served with yogurt cucumber sauce)
