I am trying to increase my walking and jogging each day. Is there a
pedometer that accurately records both? Also I am looking for a
pedometer that does not have to be clipped onto a belt and will record
when placed in a pocket. My Omron pedometer records steps accurately
when placed in a pocket but only for walking. For whatever reason, it
becomes inaccurate when I jog. Thanks.

setting stride length and who keeps the same stride for every step. You
can probably get a better approximation with

increase time.-DF
