wanted: bicycle touring cue sheets for western maryland, west virginia...

looking for cue sheets, books, web sites, links, any related recomendations, etc. on self-supported
bike tour routes in the western marylandd, northern & central west virginia, northern virginia,
and/or southern pennsylvania area.

my wife and i put together a 2 day tour in frederick county maryland by combining 4 rides from chuck
& gail helfer's books (so we have all those), 55 miles each day, and just loved it. we'd like to do
more weekend and maybe longer tours in the region.
