Just finished a hearty bowl of beef barely soup (more of a
stew though). Am making beef enchiladas with the rest. Oh
and had beef hash for breadfast. The enchiladas are going in
the freezer. Enough is enough!

Did you roast a whole side of beef or something? Sheesh....
