Ok I need help, after looking for weeks trying to get some waterproof tights, I always have the same problem. I have really short legs (about 29'' , 24'' to my ankles) so each one i have tried is far to long, and seems too expensive to take up myself and also they have zips etc. So do i keep the everlasting quest to find once for short **** people, or give up the search or find someone to make them fit. any help would be great.
