Web Site with extensive parts reviews

About a month ago I found a web site with user reviews of cycling parts. The site did not sell parts. I was surprised at the number of reviews and the breadth of parts. (e.g. has many reviews of my cheapo Vittoria Pro Team Action HSD20 PBR). Unfortunately I can't locate the site......is anyone familiar with a site like this?

www.mtbr.com also has a ton of reviews. It's mountain bike specific, but the majority of it applies to road bikes too. roadbikereview.com mentioned above is affiliated with mtbr.com, but gets far less traffic.

www.mtbr.com is ran by the same company as www.roadbikereview.com . MTBR is the mother company. Both are very good for user reviews. They both pull from the same database.

The last time I tried roadbikereview I found that they had a very poor selection of up to date components. They did not have a way for users to add a something to review; it had to already be there and they were not very good at adding new stuff. For some reason mtbr does a much better job at adding stuff. Also, for some strange reason, a lot of reviews are categorized by the year, making it hard to find all reviews on something.
