Well I stayed the same this week, This means I will have to start a new streak of losing but I am in
week six of losing/staying the same. If I do either next WI I will have tied that record. I am
behind in water and I ate restaurant/casino food for most of Monday, all of Tuesday and Wednesday
and I did WI one day late. Between the salt in the food, less water and a later day I feel confident
that I am fine on things. It is very rewarding to know I can leave my home environment and not gain,
good luck to all of you this week, Lee

A maintain is really good, especially when you aren't in your normal WW routine..

I think maintaining during a week of being away from your regular foods and routine is remarkable.
As you say, when you know the reason, accepting it is a lot easier. Today's WI was just a fluky
fluctuation.

Great attitude and right you are - leaving the NORM and Maintaining is excellent. congrats

Hi Lee,

Nice to see you're still feeling confident - and so you should. It's a long slow journey, and little
steps might be irritating, but they're better than going backwards! :) You've faced your challenges
this week, and triumphed.

Wow Lee, maintaining with the week you had is fantasic - I am thrilled for you! And you still are on
the mark showing no gains for 6 weeks now ... which is also great. I'm pulling for that 7th week of
no gains for you! Really bet that you will show a loss considering how much you ate out this past
week, and the water consumption was down. You're doing wonderful!

Well done! Not gaining in adverse circumstances is good! ;)

I've never gone for the newsgroup challenges because it has always felt like
too much pressure. But for some reason when I see you reporting continuing
weight losses each week it makes me want to set a personal challenge. I
have lost all three weeks since I joined giving me a total loss of 7.4
pounds and averaging a 2.46 pound loss per week. I am thrilled and thank
you for inspiring me to set this personal challenge.
By the way, a no gain to my way of thinking is as good as a loss when you
have had a challenging week. Next week might surprise you with a nice loss.
Congrats on your consistent losses and thanks again for motivating me

It had to happen sometime, kudos on no gain. I always took a gain after my streaks. I am
tickled Lee.

Thanks PR, the best part is that I wasn't upset at all, I also am so
impressed that I can still do the things we enjoy doing in every day life
and not get freaked about counting points. I counted all I ate but it
wasn't an intrusion on our good time, Lee

I'm sorry Bird, what's your challenge? I wish you luck in it but I couldn't understand from the post
what your challenge was.

thanks, the best part is that it wasn't that big of a challenge, I hate the
water there but I knew that ahead and decided I would rather catch up at
home than drink it. I am extremely pleased, again thanks, Lee
