Hi,

Reporting from yesterday weigh in: 1.8 lbs lost. Yeah!

So now the figures are: 162/154.4/130. Only 24.4 lbs to go. But let's get to that 10% goal first,
which is only 9 lbs away. I'm getting there.

WTG Isabelle!! 1.8 lost is great!! 10 lbs lost is only 2.4 lbs away. Even smaller mini-goals mean
that you hit a goal almost every other week!! Prairie Roots taught me that. My next goal is 40
off... 2.5 away!!

well done Isabelle! Seems 1.8 is a popular figure this week :) And it's a lovely one too!

And to give credit where credit is due, Elaine K is who made me a believer in the power of mini-
goals. Keep tickin' 'em off, Connie.

I like that idea of setting mini-goals. It seems a lot easier.

There is also one thing I realised: I now weigh less than I did when I joined WW for the first time
in 2000. It feels good.

Thanks!
