Weight routine

Hello, Could somebody please advise on a weight routine to help improve sprinting on the track,I am a relative new comer to track racing and also quite a late starter on the track,being 58yrs old.At the moment I am doing 2 sweet spot sessions a week (Tuesday and Thursday) with L1 sessions in between then at the weekend I do 1 track session and 2 - 3 hrs road session , i would like to fit a gym session in but A) i don't know which one to change it with. B) What excercises to include within the session,and wether to lift heavy or light and how many reps and sets for each excercise Many thanks for looking.
