Weight training?

Hello, i was just wondering if you all do Weight training for the legs in season. I have been lifting weight 4-5 days a week for the past 3 1/2 years and have been riding for almost a year now. But I am currently not doing leg workouts with the weights, but i do for upper body.( btw, i am training for 2 triathlons and the ms150 at this time)
