I am 18 years old and am about 1.65m in length weighing 57kg. Is that good or should I Gain alitele wait for more power?

your BMI index is 20.9 so you are good, this is just a roughly estimate so if you want detailed information go to a gym or to a nutritionist to measure other factors like fat weight, muscle mass, others. Explain them that you are a cyclist, cyclists don't need a bunch of muscles on the upper body, although people like Lance Amrstrong used to train with weights also,

Many factors come into play with weight, namely muscle mass. BMI is a good starting point, but keep in mind that this isn't an exact representation; many professional athletes would be "overweight" according to the BMI chart because of high muscle mass, even though they may be very fit and have little fat.
