  1. Got to go into Castle Douglas to the chemists. Well, I /could/ take the
car; and seeing I had a fair bit of work I ought to do perhaps
I /should/ take the car. But... not raining, not windy, not cold...

So I cycled into Castle Douglas, went to the chemist, dropped into the
bike shop for a blether, went to see my mate Dougie. And Dougie got his
winter bike out, and we cycled back together by one of the more scenic
routes. Not very far - only about twenty miles all in - and not very
fast, and no big hills - highest 130 metres - but a lovely blast down
from Hazelfield, where you lose 110 metres in two Km (and with the wind
    behind us). Great fun.

And now I'm sitting here with that whatever it is that makes you feel
good after exercise in my veins, and just feeling good.

    Most excellent.

Nothing special to see, and the roads liberally slathered with the
skoggiest of skog[tm] to the extent I was glad I'd put raceblades on the
bike, but a lovely run nevertheless.
