Perry Cannon with the Tri Cities Road Club, out distanced the rest (see photo) to place fourth in the grueling road race Sunday April 15 on Raccoon Mountain just out side of Chattanooga. The temperature was dropping through out the race and the rain turned to sleet and snow.
