I think Van is one strong cyclist who has a bright future ahead of him. He continues to post good results and its only a matter of time before he bursts into the limelight.

I think he has a lot of potential, and it will be interesting to watch him when he actually hits his peak. But I don't think he has the tactical experience yet to truly reach the top. But I do think he will reach it eventually, the question is just how far he will go.
