What day will Simoni drop out?

    Now that Simoni lost another hour or six today (okay, 33 minutes), how long do you suppose it will
    be until he abandons? Other than dwindling screen-time for his sponsors, there doesn't seem to be
    much reason for him to continue the punishment. He had a great ride in the Giro and could obviously
    now use a rest.

    Yes, he might as well go home and try to recover in time for the Vuelta.
