What does "D.Msc." mean?

As far as I have been able to ascertain, "D.Msc." appears to stand for
Doctorate of Metaphysics.

How that could possible equate to a Ph.D. in any medical field is
beyond me. Perhaps the holder can engage his dying patients in a
conversation about how you don't really need money in the Great
Beyond...
