What happened to the protein

    What happened to the protein, which is 8 g/cup of 1% milk; carbos, at
    12g/cup and other food value? Milk is not just fat in water. A cup of 2%
    has about 3.5g fat x 9 cal/g = 31.5 cal of 110 or so (I'm looking at 1%
    and trying to remember the calories etc. for 2%). SO the fat load should
    be about 1/3 of the total calories.
