What is the evidence that training with PowerCranks is superior to . . .

training with any other systems such as Smartcranks, RotorCranks, [insert here strange device here], one legged peddling, or just pulling up on the bleeding pedals on the upstroke etc.

Last night as I was changing the cranks on my bike I realized that if I put both cranks on so they point in the same direction, I could get the same affect as power cranks. One legged pedalling with both legs!:D

Inspired by kangaroos, Australian riders have been doing that for years. ;)

Doing that with Powercranks effects your "other leg" too.... Too much pressure. :eek:

What's the evidence that a $1000 set of carbon cranks are any better than those? ;)

I'm digging this though - although I thought a trispoke would be better!

It even has a rivet to ride on! Flip the bars and you have a Kilo track bike!
