What is the right age to start cycling?

My father bought me my first bike when I was 5 years old. Since that age I never stopped cycling. I think that is the right age and I will do the same to my children. I will encourage them to start cycling at young age so that they will get used to it. This will help them if they will want to be professional cyclists in tho future.

Some have bought trikes for their young kids at tender age of 3. The trikes keep them busy so that they will not be idle whenever their parents are attending to other issues. As they grow up it is when they buy for them bicycles.

There's really no age to start cycling you should know when you're ready for it, it depends on the person really.
You can probably start taking long distances rides in early teens 14-15 years old?
