yesterday at Dalphine.. dropped on a 3rd cat. climb and lost 3:10.. today dropped on an uncategorized climb to the finish.. and loses 1:47??

...did someone unplug the fridge at his 'doctor's' office and all his blood bags went bad?

Headcase...fragile child syndrome. Lost without Kim. And Frank.

See also: Younger bro syndrome.

Predictions: Yohan blows a gasket. Lance comes out of retirement to save the day, is slotted into the Tour as solo team leader with Contadope used as superdomestic. Linus gets new perm with fresh highlights. Jens! ordered to pull team over all mountain passes to finale. Cancellara re-issued hidden motor to help stay away from crashes.

Lol...

To early to count him out. He is probably waiting for July.

yeah, he can probably hook up with a new blood doping clinic by then I suppose...

even Kim Anderson (Andy's best buddy) now comes out and says that Andy's knee excuse is BS....

All said, I'm in agreement with jhuskey. I think he'll gather it up by July and fight for a heroic second place in the Tour, finishing 45" down on an AARP-sponsored Leeeevi Leaphammer.

The loss will be blamed on the power-sapping cracks found in his fiberglass laminated Chinese-sourced Twrek.

Andy strolled in 14minutes down today... after the podium ceremony was finished.. so much for a big test in the mountains.. why did he even bother to come to this race?

It could be worse - riding parts manufactured in a hut made by Borat's cousin in a remote part of Romania... ;)

Verrrry niiiice!

Kazakhstan number one exporter of carbon fiber!
Other countries have inferior carbon fiber.

Good question.

At least we know Lance still riding to fight cancer. And to prove he was clean. And to find out how really crappy the Spainish riders were at bike handling skillz. And to bank another few million bucks. And to further taunt the French.

Wait...what was the question???

Oh yeah...that Andy dude...

er...good question.

BTW, how's Frank's shoulder doing? How about those Indians?!?! Didja hear Walker won the recall election in a crushing landslide that has the socialists trying bring Saul Alinsky back from the dead?

ummmm...yeah...about that Andy dude. I got nuthin'.

At the risk of driving this topic completely off it's starting point, this is one liberal who begrudgingly is looking forward to watching Walker conduct his resume-building for POTUS run on Wisconsin for the next 6 yrs.

Because I as well, got nuthin on Andy Schleck.

Anyone got a $20 I can put on Andy being first over the Joooo Plaaaan?

At the risk of driving this topic completely off it's starting point,

No risk there...it's already more toast than Lindsey Lohan's black Porsche.

We, in Ohio, appreciate Walker's efforts and those of the voters of the Great Cheese State of Wisconsin. I think Walker should ride the Tour!

Are you two talking about Johnnie Walker?

Maybe Andy will need a Johnnie after today's stage... To pull himself together.
The Sky team made the stage look ridiculous.

It seems GB has serious chance to get the Tour winner.

No. We're DRINKING Johnnie Walker...Black Label! Salute!

Andy...abandonee. Glad I didn't put a Jackson on his climbing. Maybe he's got sympathetic pain from Frank's shoulder?

What's the national drink of Lux?

Sky looked like the old USPS squad. Are we certain Wiggo isn't Lance with sideburns? Have they ever been seen in the same room together?

Nice descending by Cadel, but risking busted bones for a few meaningless seconds? Weird. The Joux really needed a Jack Daniels fueled attack by a Mennonite to shake up the Sky climbing train.

Hmmm? Is it too late for Cav to rent a sprint train? With BW riding the mountains like he is, why waste sprinters on the Tour squad?

It seems GB has serious chance to get the Tour winner.

Rule Britannia! Britannia rules the Alps!

Well, I just spent 3 hours mowing and the place isn't even half done. Time to use the compressor to blow off the grass and put 3 hours in on the bike! Later gators!

Not to detract from the excellent work of Wiggo and Sky, but the word is Andy had some work done on his knee last winter. Whether the knee is still giving him trouble or it just cut into his preparation, I'm willing to cut him a little slack.

But Wiggo riding into Paris in yellow would be terrific. It would be even more terrific for Cadel to find a little more form and make him work a little harder for it. Cadel knows he doesn't quite have the juice, but I can't think of anyone who's more capable of fixing that.
