What is your fav indoor trainer ride to improve climbing strength?

Hi everyone,

Just curious what indoor trainer workouts people are using to improve overall leg strength and power for climbing.

3x20min at 1hr TT pace with 5 min recovery in between. Ride with hands on bar tops, use slightly lower cadence, and imagine hanging on Lance's wheel, if desired.

This is also a good workout for improving overall power on flat roads. :)
