    Maybe this has been posted before. It would be interesting to know what everyone rides.

    Giant TCR1 frame with 10s Record '04 Ergo Levers, rear derailleur, front mech, Record 2000 chainset (crank), Record '01 dual-pivot brake calipers, DT Hugi hubs w/ 13-26 Record full titan cassette, Spinergy Titanium Skewers, Mavic CXP33 anthracite rims 32H, Vittoria Rubino Pro all black tires, Oktavia Gel Saddle, Giant Carbon Aero Seat Pin, SPD-R Pedals, Ritchey WCS 4-bolt ahead stem, ITM Anatomic Handlebars, Giant Carbon Forks. All replaceable bolts replaced with SRP titanium.

    I have a set of never-been-used C-Record Delta '99 brakes but the Giant compact frame just does not have enough clearance for the rear brake... shame coz deltas get lots of attention.

    I put together a 2003 Giant TCR (yes, another one) Al frame with: Ultegra cranks, RD, cassette (12-25), BB, STI; DA FD; 105 brakes; Look Pedals; Ritchey Biomax handlebars; Reynolds Ouzo Pro fork; Sigma computer; and DA hubs laced with 28 spokes to OP rims, 3x 14-15 spokes on the rear, 2x 14-17 in front.

    Combination of new and used parts purchased anywhere I could get them cheap and built up over a couple of weekends in my kitchen. Pretty light and lots of fun to ride!

    * 2004 Klein Q-Pro XX, custom finish
    - full 2004 DuraAce 10
    - 2004 Ksyrium SL wheelset
    - Speedplay Zero Ti, Navigators edition
    - 3T More carbon bars
    - Deda Einstein stem
    - USE Alien Ti seatpost

    Planning a steel track/singlespeed commuter (never owned a fixed-gear... should be scary/fun). Blew all my money on the Klein, though, so looking for second-hand stuff. Might nab a new Surly Steamroller frame and equip it with old bits and pieces from my misc. box, and local shops... anyone selling a fixey?
