What Other Type Of Exercise Do You Do To Supplement Your Cycling?



Well if I had my way I would be able to swim every day of my life, and ideally I could do that and ride, although I might have to alternate between the two unless I am really pushing myself. I think that swimming is a great workout and works all sorts of muscles, just like cycling, so that is a good replacement. It is also more upper body, which is a good change of pace.
