What should I buy? £1000 Max Budget

I need some advice.... Looking to buy a road bike and have rounded things down to the following three options (In no particular order!) All in a similar price range.

1) Specialized Allez Comp 2002 (Second Hand)
- Dura Ace Group Set (New Rear Cassette + Chain Rings and Chain)
- Good History, one careful owner.
- Wheels are Mavic Ksyrium SL's but only have 6 months to a year left in them.

2) Specialized Allex Elite 2004 (New)
- 105 Group Set throughout
- Everything else as standard...

3) Bianchi Mega Pro SL3 Alloy (New)
- Veloce 10 sp2004
- Probabley the favourite, but over budget!!

Any suggestions welcome, the main question being do I go for a higer spec second hand bike, or a New, lower spec bike?

The Specialized Allez Comp looks the best deal to me. I think the frame looks very sexy and is so different from the usual run of the mill frames. Go with the bike that excites you the most
I've recently bought a red and white Allez Comp for racing. The colours look so vibrant when the sun is shining. Building it up at the moment with Campag Centaur components and Eurus wheels. Can't bloody wait to ride it !!
