what's the difference btw mavic cxp21 and cxp33 rims?

considering getting wheels in new condition w/ either rim. there is a price diff, and i'm wondering
if i'm better served by the newer model.

cxp33 made using mavic's premium alloy, has welded joint and profiled eyelets. cxp21 is lesser
quality in all respects and is made specifically as a low cost rim for mid-level bikes...IMHO

CXP-33 is a 'eyeleted' version of the CXP-21 and has machined sidewalls(CXP-33). Both are good rims
when built well. CXP-21 are most commonly OEM.
