My rear wheel seems 'sticky' when I spin it while off the bike. I want to replace the bearings, but this is my first bike with sealed bearings and I can't figure out how to disassemble the rear hub. It is a Coda wheel (stock on Cannondale). Walk me through it fellas and gals....so far I've got the gear cluster off.

Not sure what the process for you particular wheel is but I replaced the bearings in my American Classic hubs last season and it was quite easy. With a brass mallet (so not to damage the axel) you gently tap the axel pushing the bearing away from the hub until it comes completely out. Do the same for the other side but you don't need to use the axel I used a wooded dowl. If you don't have a brass hammer place a piece of wood between the hammer and axel so as not to damage the axel. Your mileage may vary with your particular hub but so use caution.
