I am looking to buil up a set of light weight tubular road wheels. For the front wheel I plan on using a Fir Isidis Rim which i have laying around and 28 hole speedcific Hubs. My only hesitation is that I weigh 185 lbs. Would these wheels, with the right spokes and lacing pattern hold up to my weight. I only plan on using these wheels for racing and occasional training rides. Also, what gauge spokes and lacing pattern would you guys recommend? thanks

It will be a challenge at your weight and the 330 gram rim, but if you don't hit anything, take a drop/bunney-hop you will be OK.
I suggest 2X and use Sapim Laser or DT Revolution spokes. Thinner spokes help spread the load.
