How good or bad are the Shimano wheelsets like the ones they use on the better bikes. I think its the 7700?

Total Junk Rims, 4 times so far, but thats only cause I gave up truing them. I think it would be more like 10 times, every time I true it, the very next ride it becomes out of true, Mainly the rear wheel.
