I am in the process of upgrading a Giant OCR Composite 3. I understand that the wheels on this bike leave something to be desired. They are XERO XSR-3 .
Does anyone have any suggestions on a suitable upgrade that doesn't cost a fortune?

Whats the problem with your existing wheels?
Your original didnt sound like you had a problem with them apart from the fact that you have heard bad things about them.

In the past I have had Mavic rims with Dura Ace hubs and candidly I notice a difference.
