17th Yr. California AIDS Ride / AIDS/Lifecycle Cyclist, Tony Eason [not the New England Patriots Quarterback] reaches out to Oprah Winfrey & The Oprah Winfrey Network to assist in the Fight against AIDS in America.
On 01 June 2014, approx. 2,500 cyclist will embark on a 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles in support of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. called AIDSLifecycle.
On 06 June 2014, in route to Los Angeles, Tony Eason & 2,500 fellow cyclist will bike within 2 miles of Oprah Winfrey’s $52,000,000 home in Montecito, California. Each year, in support of the charity event, the locals of Montecito gather and create their own “Paradise Pit Stopâ€. There you can find: chocolate bars, organic strawberries, fresh ice cream, vegan treats, massages, Santa Barbara Mayor: Helene Schneider, and then some.. … ALL “GRATIS!â€
