After reading the Washington Post today, I'm beginning to wonder whether or not the swift sword of justice will be unsheathed Commissar Pelosi better deliver

I think Pelosi's dilemma is that, should investigations/impeachment hearings lead to actual impeachment of the Presnit & VP - which would very likely be the case - she would be next in line for Pres., and that would look like a planned coup d'etat to many Merkins...or at least the hard-right delusionist's would try to paint it that way.

But at least it would be a legal and constitutional appointing of a new Pres, unlike the 2000 "election".

Not only would the Dem's be back in the White House, but it would also be the first woman Pres (oh the horror!!).

That would make most Fundie Cons' heads explode, let alone how much it would ******** the military/industrial profit rakers.

First thing they should do is kill the Military Commissions Act. Not only is it unconstitutional, but also Grinning Monkey Boy couldn't use signing statements to "exempt" himself from everything else that the Dems might do. He's done it over 850 times so far.
