He's prolly full o **** about the smooth ladies though :p
Excuse me...smooth bourbon is easy to come by. Smooth ladies are much harder work and its like going to the Motor Show..."look but don't touch"

Good Friday 2009

Cycled to Mona Vale via Warriewood back streets then rode to Manly and up Darley Rd to North Head.

With 2 stops, managed to ride 14 laps of the North Head scenic drive (about 4.6Km each).

While cycling I passed the same people walking to/from the lookouts many times. Some gave me funny looks.

Other cyclists were riding laps, but not quite as many as me.

By the 14th lap, I was getting bored of the scenery, so cycled down Darley Rd to Manly for a food stop. After food rode along Pittwater Rd to Dee Why.

Distance all up 107.32m

Sunday 13 December 2009
Cycled Dee Why to Sydney CBD to Dee Why.

Rode Dee Why to Manly Beach to Dee Why.
Distance: 17.16km

As i've had a gap in cycling of over a year I only went out on my bike for half an hour today. I rode around the local roads here and probably only did about 4km at a guesstimate. It was good though - nothing like riding with the wind in your hair.

Monday 11 January 2010
My bike ride was 38.37km.

The route I rode was Dee Why to North Head to Dee Why.

When I was at North Head I cycled 3 laps.

After Summer Hill we cycled along the Cooks River Cycleway.
Then followed the signs to Cronulla.

After Cronulla we caught the train to Town Hall.

I cycled to Circular Quay then Ferry to Manly.
Rode to Dee Why

Friday 35th October 1987 08:32am - 08:39am

Rolled to the corner of Pervis St and waited for the bunch.

Bunch didnt arrive so I left and crossed Pervis St.

Continued 84 metres to Greensfork Rd and turned left.

This was a tricky corner and I concentrated hard to avoid any loose stones.

We (me) then rode on for what was quite a while and turned left again at Eatsheet Ave.

This was a slight downhill bit so my speed went pretty high. I wasnt racing so I used my brakes to keep control.

After 17 metres I turned left again. I must admit this was the spot where I got a bit lost as I had been riding for some time now.

I stopped for a drink from my camelbak hydration pack and ate my coffee scroll.

Luckily after looking around I realised I wasnt lost as I could see my house just up the road.

I powered all the way home just in case the hot chick who passed the other way walking her dog was looking.

The end.
