Where to buy a computer?

I'm looking to buy a computer for my bike and want to be able to hook it into my PC so I can monitor my progress. I've seen that the Cateye CC-TR100 can do this but I can't find it in any of the online stores I know about. If someone can point me to a store that sells it or an alternative (that will still plug into my PC) please let me know!
