I am thinking about upgrading to a new carbon road bike. My price limit is $2200. My choices so far are: Felt f5c, Specialized Tarmac Comp, Fuji Team, or the Felt f4c if it is worth the slightly higher price. Are there any other full carbon bikes in the $2000 price class that r worth looking at. I want a bike that is light, fast, good for fitness and maybe some racing in the near future.

Sounds like you've already answered your own question :o
The Felt bikes could be good.. if that is the price range you are wanting to spend. Personally, I'd find a frame deal on Ebay... buy it, then build it up yourself piece by piece.. even if some of the stuff is used(ie. seatpost, brake calipers, etc.) ........ and you could probably have a $3K+ bike for $2200 😉
