I find with a couple of electric mini type choppers which I
own that I first have to cut pieces small, and then
intermittently stop chopping to stir contents to avoid mush
at the bottom and chunks at top. I recently purchased a
Bravetti quad blade chopper/blender which is suppose to
avoid this problem. It has a second layer of blades 2-3
inches above the bottom set of blades. It does work better
but not 100 %. I heard there's Cuisinart 3 cup chopper that
does a good job pulling food from the top down to the blade,
but 1) don';t know if that's true, 2) if it is true,, if all
Cuisinart choppers do this or just certain ones, perhaps
more recent models. Your recommendations will be
appreciated. I prefer something larger than a two cup
