I¡¯m a brand new rider and I have put about 1200 miles last 2 months or so. I¡¯ve been putting about 150-180 miles (240km-290km) a week with small ring past 2-3 weeks and I¡¯ve been training once a day putting around 20-30 miles a day.

I was wondering if its more efficient if I ride twice a day, 6 days a week. Please don¡¯t hesitate to respond about any of your opinions.

I¡¯m 6¡¯00¡±(1.83m) , 165 lbs (74Kg), 20 year old male.

Thanks you!!

I *really* like twice a day riding two days a week (Mon./Th)-- makes the evening ride really count. Then longer stuff on Sat. Only thing is, after 15 hours off the bike I start getting hyper :) Not an expert but it works for me.
