Which step-up racing wheels?

I just wanted to add that 1h20 for a first 40km ride between swimming and
running sounds pretty good to me. Not many people your age can ride that
distance, let alone do it at 30kph with a swim and a run either side.

Thanks, bro. It really WAS a lot of fun...and I learned a lot.

Got a Profile aerobar installed today - and listening to the LBS guy, I
think that I will be just fine with my bike, seat position, etc...now,
I just have to get out there and ride. Until Sunday, I didn't really
have an idea of what I can do...and what I can do better.

I appreciate everyone's feedback...and $100 for an aerobar is a LOT
easier than the serious $$$ I was thinking about dropping. It IS all
about the engine, after all...

I was referring to Juni 2006 (6/2006). Although in the text their referred
to some earlier test in 2005 as well,

Why not just use an Ultegra 18h front hub?
