Who are the "secret aerospace companies" that make ti frames

Hi all,

I was just wondering who are the "secret Russian" companies that makes the frames for Airborne, Sibex ect.?

I know litech makes the mag frames for a company that sells them for more than 1 grand when the Litech frames are only about 400$.
