Who makes the TC-1 Bike Case

Anyone know who makes these cases or better yet, is there a url to the
manufacturers/distributers site?

I dont know about the case you mentions but I have met a few people that
have used Ground Effect's (http://www.groundeffect.co.nz) "tardis" and
been happy with it. only $150 NZ
