Who's more likely to be right Sherwin of Liggett?

Watching the Tour, I'm struck by the number of times Sherwin has to
come in almost immediately after a comment by Liggett to correct him.
Then I thought, maybe Liggett's right and Sherwin's "corrections" are
wrong.
Which?

Many times Ligget states something in a factual way which Sherwin
