Anyone heard of someone's heart rate going up by 30 beats before they start to cycle? My resting is around 70, when I get near my bike it goes to 100 and will not come back down. I ride for 2+ hours in the 160-180 range but everything I read says I should not be able to stay within that zone for that long. If i slow down to 16mph, heart rate will stabilize around 140.
