castles (Burg Eltz, Castle Cochem)
The Nurburgring
Yummy food (wursts, kasseler, spaetzle, sauerkraut)
Classical Music
Nice people (I suppose everyone has their jerks though)

Roast Pork, Wheat Beer in Bavaria, riding from Wasserburg Am Inn to Westendorf (Austria) through the Alps, driving 130mph on the A8, Porsche, 'free thinking' German girls
