The reason why they are so cheap is in the product.
I purchased two new carbon 29er wheels. They arrived promptly enough and then there was the pressure to accept delivery so they get their payment. I built up a new bike with the wheels and on it's maiden voyage about 15 minutes in I went around a corner and the back wheel exploded sideways. Paved road, no bumps, correct pressure.
Support for resolution has been slow. They will not send a new wheel but just a new rim. I must rebuild the wheel at my own expense.
This is the last item I purchase from icarbonsports.com or their sister site in aliexpress.
