How much fat is in your diet? Extremely low fat diets can
interfere with your menstral cycle. Mine now average over 40
days apart. Try adding some fat to your diet to see if that
helps. My leader told me that we should be having at least 2
points of fat per day to keep the body going. So I've added
peanut butter to breakfast several times a week plus using
more dressings and margarine on things. I probably don't do
2 points every day but I figure several times a week will
help in the long run.

Well, muffle the scream but give the clenched fists a good
shaking so that even if pro-ACTIVE does not earn points the
fists will.

You may be, as you have probably concluded, under points.

And seriously good luck.

I honestly don't know how much fat is in my diet. During the week at home -
very little.
However, we eat out about once a week, with one gooey pudding (which I have
earnt) - so lord only knows. Still, I think you may have a point - so I'll
add that to my list of things to think about in my dietary shake-up :)

Thanks Fred :) I'm upping the points - a little - and trying
to change the balance of what I eat - more protein, less
carbs, and less sugary stuff (even though I've earnt it!).

Thanks Fred :) I'm upping the points - a little - and trying
to change the balance of what I eat - more protein, less
carbs, and less sugary stuff (even though I've earnt it!).

Well dang, guess we were looking for the miracle cure here.
<G> I do think there must be something in the air, power of
suggestion or whatever ... for the very first time in my
life (unexplainable) my TOM is also AWOL. Dang doctor that
had to ask how my cycle was when I was complaining of being
cold, followed by intermittent hot flashes. Of course I told
him you could set a clock by me. I think I cursed myself.
<G> And all hormonal tests say I'm within normal ranges (I
swear they're wrong).

Back to you dear ....... I do know how scary it is to
increase those points. It's easy for all of us to suggest it
to you, yet much harder for us to follow our own advise.
Eat, eat, eat. <g> Or write, write, write to make sure you
are accounting for everything.

The tests are within "normal" DH's sister says the ranges are too big, she
is a ND. naturopathic Doctor. DH has a niece with a myriad of health
issues that regular medical types say do not exist. The DH sister took the
niece to somewhere there in Chicago where they do extensive, detailed
testing every three months, her medicine and supplements are adjusted after
the results come in, she is healthier than she has ever been, Lee
