Will a 10 speed wheel/cassette fit a 9 speed frame?

I am pretty sure the answer is yes; I have a Reynolds 520 frame about a year old with a 9 speed Shimano gearing. Can I drop a 10 speed Shimano wheel/cassette in with no fit problems. I plan to change out the entire derailleur setup so I should have no problem there.

Thanks guys.

Over Locknut Dimension of a 9 or 10 speed wheel are the same 130 mm.

Don't need new ders, BTW, just right shifter, cogset and chain for 10s. be sure you use the 1mm spacer included in the 10s cogset tho, if using shimano.
