I have a very cheap full suspension bike. In our great Canadian winters, after about 10 minutes of being in -6C and under weather the elastomer rings constrict around the fork tubes and keep anything from moving at all. Has anyone found a way around this?

    and...

does anyone have any problems with their bearings and such stiffening up at under -17C? I get REALLY slow, and I'm pretty sure its my bottom bracket...
