Wondering what types of Winter Squash other like - I prefer a sweet squash that needs no additions
- usually I just halve and roast them for an hour or so. I have tried and liked Carnivale and
Golden Nuggest varieties that are sold here in the PNW - are there other varieties that I should
try? The Acorns tended to not be as sweet.
TIA!

Kabocha is my favorite, as its very sweet and tasty. Kabocha looks like a green pumpkin! 🙂
I also like butternut because its sweet.
I want to try buttercup because those are supposed to be sweet too.
Delicata is good, some of them have been sweeter than others. Even without enhancement they seemed
to have had a very slight "spicy" taste.
Spaghetti squash can be eaten without anything being done to it as it tastes sweet, but of course a
little margarine and salt or some spaghetti sauce is good with it too.
