winter storage of race wheels

have zipp set with vittoria tubulars. They lose about 5-10 lbs/in2 pressure each day. should the tires come off for the winter, and then go through hassle of glue removal and re-install in spring.................or just store them in a dry place and let them go to zero pressure? thanks in advance.

i think your supposed to re glue sew-ups every year or so anyway.

No need to remove the tire. Just hang the tires in a warm & dry place (preferably in a wheel bag). Hanging them will prevent any flat spots on the tire over the winter.

I'm in the same boat in Canada. Sad to see the Bora's go hibernate.
