To most North Americans winter is coming. So who's planning to ride in the snow, or just cycle on that fitness machine? I just want to know and probably learn some suggestions of you guys.
This is what I am going to do. It's a bit weird. Anyways, here's how. Since my basement was too small, I'm going to do some trackstands to improve my balance and some pogos.
